How does ordering work?
You choose your product, add it to your cart, and pay by credit card, PayPal, or other available payment methods. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
What does Print-on-Demand mean?
All our products are individually produced only after you place your order. This avoids overproduction and waste. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.
How long does shipping take?
After production, your package will be shipped directly from the EU. Delivery time is:
- Austria, Germany, Switzerland: 3–7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
- Worldwide: 10–20 business days
You will receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to request a return. Since our products are custom-made for you, we only accept returns for production defects or damage. Please contact us at office@fiami.net with photos of the issue.
How do I find the right size?
You will find a size chart on each product page. Our products generally run true to size. If in doubt, we recommend choosing one size larger.
Where do the products come from?
All products are produced in the EU — by certified print-on-demand partners who manufacture according to European labor and environmental standards. They are not imported goods from the Far East.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
